Job Description:

  • Mercury Systems uses cutting edge technology from Intel, NVIDIA, Xilinx, Altera, Broadcom, among others.
  • The individual is responsible to development and maintain Mercury Systems Global electronics library using the Cadence tool set.
  • As part of the Global Engineering Services team, you will support a diverse set of engineers around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Schematic Symbols and Footprint concepts and tools such as Cadence Allegro and System Capture
  • Create footprints by reading device datasheets and/or application notes
  • Build schematics symbols for schematic development
  • Provide accurately built symbols and footprints to electrical engineers
  • Support and maintain Mercury System’s librarian revision control system
  • Support engineering community when issues arise

Required Skills:

  • Excellent math skills
  • Strong Organizational and communication skills
  • Familiar with electronic part datasheets
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings
  • Familiar with creating schematic symbols and PCB footprints
  • Library management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced engineering services group supporting multiple time zones within the US and internationally
  • Must be a US Citizen
